He has graduated from the University of Pune and thereafter completed Master of Laws in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of East Anglia, UK. Thereafter, he completed his second Masters in Business Law from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru. He has a vast experience in general commercial corporate laws, cyber laws, arbitration, environmental laws, injunction laws, writs, tenancy laws, real estate laws, claims and disputes relating to intellectual property laws. 
 
During his tenure of more than 12 years in active litigation and corporate practice, he has represented various large Indian and multinational corporations, financial institutions, educational institutions, construction companies and individuals before the various courts, tribunals and forums throughout India. 
 
He regularly appears in various courts and tribunals, including regulatory bodies, across India. His ability to act for clients as a legal adviser and plead in court as a counsel has helped him carve out a niche practice and his clients seek him out for complex and high-value disputes that require a tailored and out-of-the-box approach.
